Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise both shipping and warehouse team

·         Ensure all the statutory requirements for custom declarations, license application etc. are fully met without delay

·         Support hands-on works for shipping and warehouse operations

·         Coordinate with other departments on issues related to shipments and warehouse operations

·         Revise and conduct feasibility to support customer’s special request

·         Provide analysis reports on performance and transactions

·         Handle tasks & projects as assigned by supervisor/company.

Requirements: 

·         Degree holder

·         At least 5 yrs’ practical working experience with supervisory/managerial role on shipping and warehouse operations

·         Good knowledge of shipping I/E practice, custom rules and regulations, license regulations & applications etc. 

·         Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Putonghua and Cantonese

·         Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

·         Familiar of using ERP system
