Job Responsibilities
- High certificate in in computer or has working exp in IT computer
- Device Repairs and Maintenance
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on iPads, MacBook Pros, and other Apple devices.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades, including battery replacements and software updates.
- Assist in inventory management of repair parts and tools.
- Customer Support
- Provide technical support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Educate users on proper device care and troubleshooting techniques.
- Troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve common technical problems related to Apple devices and software applications.
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, service requests, and inventory.
- Document common issues and solutions to contribute to a knowledge base.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with senior technicians and IT staff to escalate complex issues and ensure effective resolution.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and updates.
- Training and Development
- Stay updated on the latest Apple technologies, tools, and repair techniques.
- Assist in training users on new software and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Science related disciplines; relevant technical certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional) are a plus.
- Fresh Graduates will be considered
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of Apple hardware and software.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Customer Service Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Patience and a positive attitude when assisting customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively under pressure.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
