Job Description

Our client is a listed corporation (Nasdaq). It provides electronic products and is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:

Benefit:          5 Day work, Double Pay, Bank Holiday, Medical 


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our sales manager and key account mangers on customer’s quality complaints and work out the corrective and preventive actions accordingly
  • Interface between company and the customers
  • Handle RMA and 8D reporting
  • Driving the team or supplier for root cause analysis
  • Evaluate customer failure and drive for long term preventive actions

Requirements:

  •   University graduate in engineering/quality disciplines
  •   Quality Statistical knowledge and experience
  •   Extensive experience of working with suppliers and customers
  •   5 years solid experience in quality management, preferably in EMS or corporate plant
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of formal problem-solving tools
  • Team player with leadership trait
