Duties:
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide the engineering and testing teams.
- leading & managing the production engineering team for jig/fixture design, machine maintenance and overseeing the general operation of the department of a factory
- Process Optimization: Lead process development and fix technical problems.
- Continuous Improvement: Use Lean, DFX, and Six Sigma to boost output and safety while cutting costs.
- ISO9001, lean manufacturing and 6-Sigma is preferable
Job Responsibilities
- Degree in engineer
- 10+ years in Manufacturing / Production in PCB or Electronic factory
- 5 days stay in China
