*** EXPERIENCE IN CONSUMER ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS FACTORY OR MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS IS A MUST ***
Responsibilities:
- To improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization mission – specifically support better management reporting, maximize operation efficiency, business process and organizational planning
- To review material sourcing, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss
- To generate reports and deliver all business targeted KPI with a focus on production, PMC, purchasing and inventory control
- Work closely with all internal parties to build a clear picture of all business and operation relations, maintain close collaboration
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- At least 15 years solid management experience in manufacturing consumer electronics industries
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO 14006, ICTI, BSCI, and EU RoHS Quality System
- Strong leadership, able to lead all departments to meet Company’s objectives
- Energetic and be able to communicate with all levels of personnel
