  • Responsible for developing and executing all marketing, PR KOL, CRM, VIP, and CSR programmes locally with the view to increase brand awareness, customer reach – ultimately driving foot traffic and sales
  • Marketing Plan inclusive of SWOT, competitor brand, product and pricing research, consumer analysis segmentation, brand positioning, Macro and Micro trends, annual marketing imperatives / aims and objectives, key strategies and tactics to achieve and align with business targets, company vision, mission and brand promise
  • KOL plan for development and execution locally
  • PR plan and proposal and editorial calendar
  • EDM and social media calendar to be worked on in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Manager base on the HK Master Calendar


  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience of B2B / B2C retail marketing
  • Excellent communicator with both retail and CS, and update consistently
    Able to exercise omnichannel strategy, justifying media / press spending rationalized to its return (ROI)
  • Able to formulate and implement creative marketing strategies within a tight budget and maximize potential ROI
  • In depth knowledge of HK Demographic, culture and consumer spending market
