- Degree in mechanical engineering
- 8 – 10 years in Mechanical engineering in Factory
- Lead product R & D project and management, responsible for product R & D progress, product quality and core competitiveness.
- Review structural design of each projects, monitor projects development schedule and cost, and technical communication with aboard Customers & provide all ME technical support to Customers;
- Direct report to R&D VP, including all majority Mechanical ODM and JDM projects design status
- Create design guideline and ME parts standardization.
- Responsible for product development process from product planning, project establishment to final implementation, listing project management.
- Old products Improvement to resolve related customer complaints.
- Day- to-day management of R & D department and team building work.
- Fluency in Mandarin & English(Writing, listening and speaking)
