Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Mechanical Engineers to develop the product design on plastic parts
- Monitor and manage the entire product development process from concept inception to production
- Coordinate with production teams and suppliers for project development
- Formulates project plan and arranges necessary resources for project implementation
- Design verification, material cost control and trouble shooting
- Liaise with customers on creating product specifications
- Handle engineering documents, control budget, and follow up outstanding project
- Understand different plastic material characteristics, plastic injection mold manufacturing, and different kind of products manufacturing
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 10+ years solid experience in manufacturing of consumer electronics products
- Familiar to use different engineering drawing software and read mold-flow analysis data
