Merchandiser / Sales Coordinator – Japanese Speaking

  • Handle existing and new Japanese clients enquiry
  • Follow up order, sampling
  • Communicate with factory, Japanese clients 
  • Liaise with customers and vendors for price negotiation, packages confirmation and contract preparation


  • Degree or above in any disciplines
  • At least 1-3 years’ of coordinator or purchasing or sales admin or sales coordinator
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Fluent in Japanese(Japanese N2 or above)
  • Proficiency in MS offices applications
  • Responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
