Responsibilities:
- Proactive lead and organize the daily execution of merchandising activities from sample to shipment
- Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
- Handle sample arrangement to customers for approval and lab testing
- Maintain and update order-processing system
- Perform other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- High diploma
- At least 6-8 year relevant working experience with toys in trading
- Detail-oriented, well organized, energetic, able to meet deadline
- Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Immediate available is preferred
