Key Responsibilities:
- Manage team , provide clear direction, set performance expectations, continuous improvement.
- Communicate , develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company goals.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Implement control processes and address any issues related to product quality.
- Sourcing potential supplier and work closely with suppliers to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply of raw materials.
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure that the manufacturing processes remain within budgetary constraints.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in the manufacturing process and supply chain.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is typically required.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience for the merchandising / operation management in toys
- Industrial knowledge of manufacturing production, systems, and operations is mandatory and in Eyelashes, industry is desirable.
- Good communication skills in English is mandatory.
