Business: Well-established HK based trading company
Products: Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth headphone, Phone accessories, Computer accessories, Chargers, Small Home Appliance etc
Market: Europe, USA
- Take the lead to oversee and develop the team so as to establish relationship with clients and manage their expectation
- Sustain good relationship with both internal and external parties in order to achieve overall development/production schedule and on-time delivery
- Identify opportunities for product gaps and margin improvements
- Need to stay analytical on effective costing to enhance business growth.
- Negotiate best price point and lead times with vendors
- Ensures all steps of approval including samples and trims etc. are completed within the critical path to catch the original delivery date.
- Explore and source new suppliers to cope with the business growth
- Develop business strategy and sustain ongoing improvement on daily operations or introduce new processes in order to achieve cost efficiency
Requirements and skills
- Degree holder preferred but not mandatory
- At least 10 years’ solid experience in electric trading field; experience in EU and US market is highly preferable
- Strong aggressiveness in leading and achieving high vision, capable to handle different levels of counterparts / stakeholders in driving business goals
