Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a comprehensive work plan for the production department.
- Oversee and manage the production process to ensure the production can meet the delivery targets.
- Contribute to establishing criteria for selecting production suppliers, identify suitable suppliers, and provide relevant supplier information.
- Price negotiate with suppliers and able to cost control of the material costs
- Provide regular updates on production progress and delivery schedules, while overseeing the warehousing of finished goods.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion, Textile or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience
- 8 years or above experience in apparel or garment merchandising with minimum 3 years of managerial experience
- Has experience in sportswear is an asset.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills, cooperate with teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good PC knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Station in China is required
