Main Duties
- Supervise a team of merchandising
- Monitor merchandising process from sourcing to production
- Prepare the operation budget, cost saving
- Develop strategie to improve the company efficiencey
- Communicate with vendor, overseas buyer
- Meeting with overseas buyer
- Monitor inventory control
Job Specifications:
- Degree
- Minimum 8-10 years in merchandising in lighting or home appliance in trading or buying office
- Strong leadership, good integrity, business acumen and strong negotiation skills
- Good communication, a self-motivated good team player with initiative to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- ERP software experience required
- High competency level in MS Office applications
