Duties:
- Network & Hardware: Maintain physical servers, routers, firewalls, switches, and power backup systems.
- Cloud & Tools: Administer and monitor cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise workspace applications (Google, Lark).
- Cybersecurity & Access: Enforce security policies across devices and manage both digital accounts (Sso, permissions) and physical access controls (surveillance, badges).
- Vendor Management: Act as the primary contact point for IT/security vendors and external service providers
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is a must
- 2-4 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, systems reliability, and cybersecurity within a corporate environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, including routers, firewalls, switches, server cabinets, and power backup systems.
- Familiarity with physical security hardware such as badge access systems, surveillance, and alarm systems.
