Ocean Operation Clerk (Import)

Responsibilities

  • Handle sea freight import documents and the operations
  • Liaise with different parties such as shipping lines, Co-loaders, sub-contractors, suppliers, and warehouse
  • Answer shipment inquiries and reply correspondence
  • Handle trucking and transportation arrangement, perform cargo planning and custom clearance

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above
  • 2-3 years freight forwarding experience in Sea Freight Import Operations
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
