  • Assist line manager to monitor all-round office administrative general duties, such as monthly billing and payment, office equipment and furniture procurement and maintenance, stationery ordering, courier,
  • company car license renewal and fixed assets management etc
  • Assist in HR functions including recruitment, tax filing
  • Assist in office renovation
  • Handle contract negotiation and coordination with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the progress
  • Prepare annual budgets, monitor and control office expense
  • Write policy
  • Checking accounting
  • Work with IT on all equipment, phone system, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Basis accounting knowledge
  • At least Grade 4 in English Language in the HKDSE or equivalent
  • At least 5 years Administration & Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinance, tax laws and other regulatory practices
  • Analytical & detail-mined, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable and handle multi-tasks
  • Fluent in both written/spoken English
  • Excellent and practical computer skills expected
