Responsibilities:
- Assist line manager to monitor all-round office administrative general duties, such as monthly billing and payment, office equipment and furniture procurement and maintenance, stationery ordering, courier,
- company car license renewal and fixed assets management etc
- Assist in HR functions including recruitment, tax filing
- Assist in office renovation
- Handle contract negotiation and coordination with contractors, suppliers and vendors, monitor and follow up the progress
- Prepare annual budgets, monitor and control office expense
- Write policy
- Checking accounting
- Work with IT on all equipment, phone system, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Basis accounting knowledge
- At least Grade 4 in English Language in the HKDSE or equivalent
- At least 5 years Administration & Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory level
- Knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinance, tax laws and other regulatory practices
- Analytical & detail-mined, problem solving with good organization & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and handle multi-tasks
- Fluent in both written/spoken English
- Excellent and practical computer skills expected
