Job Duties:
- Take phone call, handle courier service
- Handle Schedule meetings and arranging conference room’s equipment
- Procurement water, stationery
- Arrange to Book hotel, ticket
- Office renovation, maintenance
- Renew insurance of medical plan
- Collect parcel and letter
Requirements:
- Diploma
- 4 years or above experience in Office admin
- Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
