Job Duties:

  • Take phone call, handle courier service
  • Handle Schedule meetings and arranging conference room’s equipment
  • Procurement water, stationery 
  • Arrange to Book hotel, ticket 
  • Office renovation, maintenance
  • Renew insurance of medical plan
  • Collect parcel and letter

Requirements:

  • Diploma
  • 4 years or above experience in Office admin
  • Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
