- Take attendance
- Purchase water, stationery, arrange the printer, fax machinery for maintenance
- Organizing company events and activities
- Contact with external vendor to repair IT Hardware
- Book hotel, tickets
- Monitor office budgets
- Serve director some person issue
Requirement :
- Higher Diploma or above in Business admin
- Around 3-5 years hands-on experience in Office admin & HR & Secretary in Trading
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office
