Responsibilities:
- Assist to handle general office administrative support
- Daily clerical support (Filing, Typing, Check Outlook email etc)
- Reception duties
- Data input to sales report
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirement:
- Secondary school graduated or above
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration or sales support
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good commend of English and Cantonese
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 2:00pm-6:00pm, bank holiday, medical scheme …
