- Handle office admin, MPF contribution and final payments, submitted annual tax returns on time and ensured that they complied with the local labour ordinance and other regulations.
- Posting job advertisements, screening, and preparing applicants database
- Office Administration
- Purchase water, stationery, arrange the printer, fax machinery for maintenance
- Organizing company events and activities
- Contact with external vendor to repair IT Hardware
- Book hotel, tickets
- Monitor office budgets
Requirement :
- Higher Diploma or above in Business admin
- Around 3-5 years hands-on experience in Office admin in Trading
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office
