  • Handle office admin, MPF contribution and final payments, submitted annual tax returns on time and ensured that they complied with the local labour ordinance and other regulations.
  • Posting job advertisements, screening, and preparing applicants database
  • Office Administration
  • Purchase water, stationery, arrange the printer, fax machinery for maintenance 
  • Organizing company events and activities
  • Contact with external vendor to repair IT Hardware 
  • Book hotel, tickets 
  • Monitor office budgets

Requirement :

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business admin
  • Around 3-5 years hands-on experience in Office admin in Trading
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
