Key responsibilities:
- Administrative assistance for meetings, including preparation of meeting folders and arrangements for overseas trips, and logistical support for seminars and meetings
- General administrative and secretarial work including conference room booking, scheduling, word processing, filing, and other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese word processing and email system
- One year’s relevant work experience at least
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
