Job Duties:
- Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support
- Supervise Admin Dept. of HK office
- Responsible for office renovation
- Prepare document for Compliance
- Assist the implementation of ISCC, Environment, Health & Safety management systems and make improvements continuously
- Monitor and conduct internal audits for the EHS management systems
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure production schedule
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 5 years in operation and Office admin in trading or factory
- Excellent time management skills and able to do multi-task and prioritize workAble to work under pressure and manage tight schedule
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- High proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
