- Responsible for driving continuous improvement of productivity, quality, cost and safety through the application of Lean, DFX & Six Sigma methodologies and managing the PCBA testing team composed of test engineers and technicians
- Degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and qualified in Lean Manufacturing is preferred – Experience in Quality Control is preferred
- At least 10 years’ experience in design for testability review and functional test plan development in sizable electronic PCBA factories
- Experience in PCB layout design, with strong understanding of electronic circuitry at the component level, capable of reviewing and commenting on circuit designs
- Professional knowledge of electronics PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, low-cost automation, traceability systems and industrial safety
- Good command of English and Chinese
- 5 days stay in China
