Business: Air Freight
Benefit: 5.5 working days per week, performance bonus, medical scheme, Night shift allowance, OT allowance, 12 days annual leaves, bank holiday, etc
Responsibilities:
- Operation support for the Air Operations team;
- Handle air freight documents;
- Co-ordinate with different parties to ensure correct shipment requirements;
- Planning & follow-up existing orders.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- DSE/HKCEE or above;
- 1 year or above relevant experience in air freight forwarding field;
- Proficiency in MS Office Application;
- Knowledge in Cargowise would be an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua);
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work under pressure;
- Day Shift: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 18:00, Sat: 09:00-13:00
- Night Shift: Mon – Fri 15:00 – 24:00, Sat: 15:00-19:00
