Responsibilities:
• Receive, confirm and follow up orders by customers in German language
• Delivery orders to warehouse and invoicing to customers
• Warehouse stock reporting
• Office administration support (manage office equipment, mail in and out handling, etc.)
• Sample management
• Contract management
• Price calculation
• Organize and prepare business trips
• Prepare presentations and statistics
• Monitor, generate and analyze sales reports
Requirements:
• Diploma / University Degree in B. Adm. or a related field
• At least 2 years work experience in Operation Coordinator
• Excellent Excel skills, able to understand and work with formulas (Pivot, If, Index, etc.)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Good command of German and English
• Mandarin and Cantonese is an advantage
