Responsibilities:
- Report to General Manager and Group Financial Controller
- Monitor of daily operation include quotation, sales order processing and order acknowledgement, payment and credit control, delivery plan and update, material planning such as forecast and purchasing, delivery picking list, warehouse inventory, delivery and etc.
- Backup of planning operations include master planning and placing PO, communication with logistics and warehouse for shipping and delivery etc,
- Responsible for stock meeting target and being accurate in ERP
- Review and keep improving all related operation processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant operation / warehouse / logistics management experience
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Forecast
- Experience in KPI Controlling (Lead Time, On Time Delivery, Stock Planning and Stock Accuracy
- Experience in ERP System (AX/D365 is a plus)
- Immediate available is preferable
