-Handle and monitor mortgage loan applications and review loan documents.
-Review applicants’ financial status, credit bureau report, credit history to recommend credit approval decision
-Liaise with the Team during pre-approval stage and post-approval on credit risk related matters
-Liaise with solicitors to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work and perform verification to detect fraud application
-Collect outstanding receivables
-Prepare management and weekly credit review reports
-Effectively and efficiently resolve applicants’ queries
Requirements:
-Tertiary education or above
-A good understanding of debt recovery / credit assessment
-Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
