Part Time Sales Coordinator (Half Day)

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up and processing the orders from factory to clients.
  • Issue PO, quotations invoices etc
  • Negotiating delivery schedules with supplier and factory.

Requirements:

  • Secondary graduated or above
  • 2-4 years experience in orders follow up and arrange shipments
  • Good commend in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Good PC knowledge is necessary. 
  • Able to work from Monday to Friday afternoon (1:00pm to 6:00pm)
