Responsibilities:
- Provide translation for Japanese Staff
- Provide secretarial and admin support to Director
- Visa application and renewal, maid contracts
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Director
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3 years relevant experience
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
