Personal Assistant to Director

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and all-round support to Director & Management
  • Assist in all personal matters, business development activities and handle all internal correspondence
  • Prepare presentation materials, proposals and reports
  • Attend meetings and functions with Senior Manager
  • Perform ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibilities as assigned

 Requirements:

  • University graduate with formal secretarial training
  • 1-2 years of relevant secretarial experience with stable employment history at Sizable company
  • Able to handle business correspondence professionally
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
