PMC Manager – Consumer Electronic- Stay in China

Requirements:-

• high diploma
• Minimum 7 years of solid experience in production and material control in consumer electronic or EMS or Toys or Home appliance in factory
• Excellent communication , leadership , analytical and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge of electronic assembly
• Fluent in English , Cantonese or Putonghua
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team, good team player, proactive and results oriented
• Good organizational & multi-tasking skills
• Station in Mexico is required

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule to ensure production targets are met
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the material planning process
• Maintain the production capacity records of manufacturing sites.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess or obsolete inventory
• Lead the material planning team and provide guidance and support to team members
• Maintain effective and visible stock control
• Suppliers monitoring and material expediting to support relevant projects.
• Ensure regular performance monitoring and reporting on important deliverables, milestones and process throughout the supply chain.
• Support new product launches and critical deliveries.
• Stay in China
