Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & manage daily executive activities, including preparing meeting agendas and briefing materials, arranging venues and catering and ensuring seamless end-to-end support for all internal and external meeting
- Accompany Executive Director for meetings & public events
- Organize and coordinate events or activities according to project plan / tasks
- Handle departmental administration including documentation, coordination across business units
- Assist in Ad Hoc tasks assigned by the Directors
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines
- At least 8 years working experience in public relations, events management, customers services, secretary or administrative field preferrable
- Experience in Events Communication, end-to-end events experience in definitely an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communications, organizational and administration skills
- Able to work irregular hours and under pressure
