Procurement Officer (Office supplies)

Our client is a sizable corporation with 500+ staff in HK. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following post:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of daily procurement
  • Sourcing for office supplies, marketing premium, mobile devices, IT hardware & software
  • Manage payment process for various types of services and products etc.
  • Vetting of petty cash and work with Finance Department and all Branches

Job Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or Degree in procurement or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years procurement or merchandising experience
  • Ability to deal with different levels of internal business partners / vendors
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua a plus
