- Degree / Diploma holder in Product Design or related disciplines;
- At least 3-5 years solid experience in STEM Toys Industry;
- Responsible for development from concept, idea sketch and presentation to production
- Generate new product design ideas and perform product research & market analysis
- Knowledge of Mechanical design, strong sense on structure & material is a plus;
- Strong market sense and STEM creativity;
- Strong visualizing skill;
- Good understanding in prototyping & mould making;
- Proficient in design software: Solidworks, Keyshot, AutoCad, Flash, Freeform, Photoshop, Illustrator;
- Occasional travel to factory in China is required;
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure
