Job Descriptions:
· To support Product Development team routine duties (trend/market research, create spec, trial swatches, CAD artwork, APEX presentation, sample problem solving and follow up, daily communication with sample factory)
· To support clients’ request independently (meeting presentations, CAD/APEX requests, photo packs, sample research)
· To assist in development of swatches and samples
· To assist in showroom and presentation settings
· To source trims and accessories
· Travel to China factory when needed
Requirements:
· Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile and Clothing, Knitwear Design or related disciplines
· Over 5 years’ sweater design and development working experience
· Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
· Familiar with design software/programme: APEX (2D/3D), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Canva
· Knowledge in yarn and knitting techniques
· Good fashion / colour sense, with good presentation and management skills
· Proactive, attentive to details, good time management, strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
· Immediately available is highly preferred
