Duties:
- Sourcing product, sampling
- Prepare quotations
- Handle inquiries from customers and sample arrangements
- Prepare Order as well as updating information records
- Product development
- Coordinate with suppliers and overseas buyer
- Any ad hoc tasks required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- Min.3-8 years coordinator in Trading or factory in Fine jewelry or diamond
- Detail minded, well-organized and eager to learn
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
