Production Manager (35K – 45K) (Sweater Factory) (Kwun Tong) (Ref: JC)

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Capacity Management

·         Lead production planning and execution across multiple manufacturing facilities.

·         Monitor production schedules, capacity utilization, and order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery.

·         Coordinate closely with Sales & Merchandising, QA/QC, and Factory Management teams to achieve production targets.

·         Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.

Requirements:

Experience

·         Minimum 10 years of experience in sweater/knitwear manufacturing.

·         At least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing production operations.

·         Proven experience managing or working closely with manufacturing facilities in China, Bangladesh, and/or Cambodia.

·         Solid understanding of sweater production processes and knitwear technology.

·         Willing to travel frequently to China and overseas production facilities.

Language & Computer Skills

·         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).

·         Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
