Job Duties:
• Fully responsible for managing a garment factory in Vietnam & reporting to the Director
• Responsible for the whole factory operation and formulate overall business plan and direction
• Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
• Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
• Liaise with various departments to meet the company’s goal and targets
• Coordinate with internal departments on Master Schedule, Finished Goods on time delivery to Customer and Material Management
• Leading, coaching and training various department head
• Ad-hoc duties upon request
Requirements:
• At least 10 years relevant working experience in running China or offshore factory.
• Strong solid experience in all-round factory experience in garment underwear manufacturing environment is a MUST.
• Good understanding of government requirements & familiar with social compliance.
• Good command of English & Mandarin.
