Project Administrator / Project Clerk – Construction – 5 days must

Responsibilities:

  • sales orders, purchase orders , sales invoice, tender submission,  credit notes, maintenance services agreement, customer complaints, overdue payment, arrange company car bookings, data entry and reports preparation
  • Managed order and sales taken processes, such as quotation preparation, job arrangement for site worker and invoicing
  • Provided clerical support to the sales team and maintain operation disciplines effectively
  • Took charge of supply of materials to achieve production requirements and reduced safety stock levels
  • Coordinated with field staff for site inspection and during service delivery
  • Promptly settled all related issues including decoration, quotation , shipment arrangement, customer complaints and workmanship with customers
  • Regularly produced accurate statistical reports and analysis, as well as maintaining and updating sales and customer records in system
  • Assisted on handling clients’ enquiries for projects and general incoming enquiries

Requirement:

  • Secondary graduated / Diploma or above with 3 years working experience in 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP is an advantage
  • Good command in Cantonese and English
  • Responsible, well organized, stable, proactive, detail-minded
