Responsibilities:

  • Issue PO / arrange payment and document filing
  • Getting quote from suppliers and placing order
  • Organize QC inspection / logistic arrangement
  • Suppliers and shipping team communication
  • Follow up project

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above
  • 1-2 years clerical / purchasing experience
  • Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC skills, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc.
  • Good communication, team working and problem-solving skills
  • Welcome Fresh Graduate
