Responsibilities:
- Issue PO / arrange payment and document filing
- Getting quote from suppliers and placing order
- Organize QC inspection / logistic arrangement
- Suppliers and shipping team communication
- Follow up project
Requirements:
- HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years clerical / purchasing experience
- Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC skills, Word, Excel, E-mail, etc.
- Good communication, team working and problem-solving skills
- Welcome Fresh Graduate
