- Coordinate with suppliers to create production plans and monitor delivery schedules and logistics throughout the supply chain.
- Conduct regular overseas factory visits to oversee project progress, ensure quality standards, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with overseas teams to approve and arrange shipment of decision samples.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence and drive cost-saving initiatives in project execution.
- Provide support for mechanical and technical issues related to the development and launch of new projects.
- Manage compliance processes, including arranging certifications to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- To involve in investigation of quality issue reported from factory and after-market.
- Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required to support business needs and project oversight.
Qualification
- University graduate in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years working experience in project management in Audio or Iphone Accessories or Earphone or Charger or Power Bank
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent co-ordination and multi-tasking, communications, and problem- solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a well-organized and efficient manner
- Available to work/travel in China
