Job Duties:
- Follow up project and products, liaise with different internal departments including merchandisers, factory, vendors from product development, engineering sample, quality test to production release.
- Product development process including researching, modifying the product, costing, improving manufacturer efficiency, planning work flow etc.
- Coordinate quality and technical issues between customer and factory by email, phone calls in English and Chinese to meet each product’s shipment schedule.
- Writing technical files such as manufacturing process document, tooling plan, BOM & BOS for customers.
- Report the project schedule and product development progress to the managing staff.
Requirement:
- Language-Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of 3D program such as: AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG, Pro-E etc.
- Knowledge of toys safety requirements such as ASTM-F963, EN71 etc.
- Diploma or above in mechanical engineering, product design, or related disciplines
- Relevant working experience in engineering or toy related industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Occasional travel to China is required
