Duties:
- Manage the project team.
- Ensure the project is completed according to schedule , accomplished the most effectiveness and highest quality with zero site accident.
- Participated in tendering of technical submissions
- Involvement of sub-contracting
- Project Planning, Time Programme, Material Schedule, Project Estimation, Cash Flow Forecast
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Architecture / Interior Design / Building Surveying / or related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years’ relevant experience in project coordinator in fitting out or A & A or residential project
- Good concept design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer skill of AutoCAD,
- Independent and motivated
