- Preparing quotation, sourcing materials and place order for different Property Maintenances and project development.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills
- Prepare and update Inventory List for all tools and materials for all property’s materials.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 -5 years of experience in purchasing in Renovation materials or Fit-out materials, Interior decoration materials in property
- Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills and team player
