Business: Ship Management
- Assist in quotations follow up and cost comparisons of purchasing ship spare parts and consumables
- Issued purchase orders such as provision, spares, technical stores, or services in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders and ship agency for order delivery to ships
- Arrange and instruct the forwarder to dispatch the shipment in the proper time range in order to catch the vessel schedule.
- Monitor purchasing orders record and tracking invoice status
- Communication & coordination with the Captain, supplier & superintendent for their requirement.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing
- Good commend in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills and team player
