Purchasing Manager (Fabric)

Job Description

  • To procure fabric for production
  • Develop policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvement of the overall purchasing process
  • Monitor stock movements to ensure the availability can match with the production requirement
  • Improve the effectiveness of inventory management by keeping at just-in-time level
  • Ensure high quality, efficient suppliers’ list as well as strengthen supplier management and evaluate performance in terms of cost, delivery, quality and service
  • Other ad-hoc project assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Textiles
  • At least 10 years purchasing experience in garment manufacturing industry, in which 5 years in management level
  • Strong in leadership, can work under pressure
  • Good in PC skill, and excellent in communicating with English & Mandarin
