- Minimum 10 years’ garment quality control / quality assurance experience
- Experienced in all garments including Sweater, Woven and Knit
- Knowledgeable about US / international safety standards for textiles
- Supervise and provide training to Q.A. inspectors to control garment qualities of our vendors
- Ensure garment qualities can meet our buyers’ standards through inspections and provision of technical advices
- Previous experience in dealing with offshore garment factories is a MUST
- Preferably with garment trading or buying office background
- Able to communicate with overseas Q.A. / Buyers verbally
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Frequently travel to Offshore Countries as required.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Q.A. Manager
Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing, with a focus on Sweater, Woven and Knit
- Proven track record of successful product development and manufacturing management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Can frequently travel to Offshore as required
